asiclist is a marketplace for mining hardware, services, and related seller activity. By using the platform, users agree to post accurate information and avoid misleading, abusive, or spam-oriented behavior.

Listings may be moderated, restricted, expired, removed, or permanently deleted when they violate marketplace rules or create trust and safety concerns.

Users are responsible for the activity that takes place through their accounts. Admins and moderators may take action on accounts, listings, and reports as part of maintaining the marketplace.

Restricted accounts may lose the ability to create, edit, or renew listings until the issue is resolved with support.

Verification is a paid trust layer that may unlock additional platform features. Verification status may be approved, denied, changed, or revoked at the platform's discretion when necessary for marketplace integrity.

Verification does not guarantee transaction performance or eliminate the need for buyer and seller diligence.

Users retain responsibility for the content they post, including listing descriptions, images, claims, and business information.

Reported or suspicious content may be reviewed by moderators or admins, and platform activity may be logged for security, moderation, and operational review.

asiclist facilitates discovery and communication between buyers and sellers, but does not act as the merchant of record or guarantor of any transaction unless additional services are added later.

Users should independently evaluate counterparties, payment methods, shipping terms, and supporting documentation.
